Your order will be shipped out in 24 hours excluding holidays and weekends (most of the time on the same day). Delivery times vary depending on preferred shipping method and delivery address . We will notify you immediately if an item is currently out of stock or discontinued. In most cases if an item is listed on the website, it is available for immediate shipment. You will be emailed the delivery confirmation on your shipment ASAP!

RETURN POLICY 

100% customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can send it back to us for a full refund or exchange. No questions will be asked. Customer suggestions and opinions are most welcomed to improve our customer service. If you need to return an item for whatever reason, please contact usfirst (info@zallcom.com) and include your phone number, the order number and a valid e-mail address.  Returns must be packaged in the original packaging and be in re-sellable condition.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless we are at fault. If the item was damaged during shipment to you, please contact us immediatley so we can file a claim with the delivery company.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All items are subject to prior sale. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to the customer. If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, please contact us first (239-732-6611). Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment outlined in their shipping guide. Please make sure that you have provided us with a correct and "deliverable" mailing address.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly, out-of-stock or discontinued.
